Coors country

Have you ever done cross country before? In cross country I was so nervous because it was almost the year 4 boys turn when it was the other Kids turn i was cheering “For them”.Cross country was on the field When i was on the start line Mr Burt said “Feet together”and then he clapped and we went as fast as a rocket.

While I was running i was coming 4th and I was trying to jog and sprint and I did.Then i went sprinting as fast as I could and then I was coming 3nd but when i was almost there Simon and Germane past me and then i tried to catch up but then i almost fell down and then I went slow and I came 5th. But i was still happy what i came.

After that we needed to put owl names on the paper it was 1st 2ed 3rd 4th 5th. My goals next time is That is to come 1st or 2ed or 3rd. My farte part is that I came 5th.My colours was Tainui/Blue.

Life Education caravan

Have you ever heard of the Life Education caravan. Hi my name is Martin and my class went to Life Education caravan our teacher was Lynn . She talked about how we can help our bodies grow.

our bodies need to eat healthy food to help stay fit like five or more vegetables a day.we need to drink five or six cups of water a day.You have to sleep 8 hours each night and you need to exercise to stay fit.It helps your body to stay fit.

In the Life Education caravan is we see a lady called Tam.She is not real, she is a plastic dummy and and some of her skin was peeled off. Tam showed different parts of our bodies.

I liked the part was when Harold came out. He is a graft puppet and he is funny.     

• This week we have been learning about length. To learn about Kilometres,we use goggle maps.We had to find out how many Kilometres is there from Auckland to Wellington. The answer is 605 km.                                                                                                                                                                                                I found out that there are 273 km from Auckland to Taupo.
  
   

My holiday

In the holidays i went to a camp. it was 1 week and on the first day we had some fruit. Then sandwiches. i only ate fruit and then we went to our rooms. After we put our bags in our room and then we watched a movie. After that we had to tell them about us and the staff to.

After the movie was done we went for a scavenger hunt. I came first with the boys called Ben and Isaac. Then we had dinner it was mince, chips and cheese it was nice. when we went back we had to have a shower before bed.

The next day we went ice skating and we after one of the staff gave us a bag of lollies. then we went back to camp and my friend said “i want to go back to ice skating”. But the staff said “no we can't”. That day for dinner we had Hawaiian pizza. then we went to have a shower and after that we watched a movie.

The Rescue

Ann walked to school because she missed the school bus. She walked across the paddock to take a short cut. First she had to jump the fence. Ann ran across the paddock and when she came to a wooden bridge she almost slipped. Ann saw a mother sheep calling for it’s lamb. A lamb is a baby sheep. The lamb was bleating and stuck in a pool of ice water. Ann picked up the lamb and carried it to his mother. Then Ann carried on to school.

A good friend means if they tell you a secret and they trust you.
